The staff were very friendly and helpful, even being prepared to wait up for a late arrival. Breakfast was good but everything came in stages - for example the boiled egg came before any cutlery to eat it with. Also one was never quite sure what was going to turn up. For example it would have been useful to know if orange juice was going to be provided. Apart from these small points service was always with a smile and a willing to help.
