  The staff (Joke, Dimitri, and Fanny) was so nice with us from the beginning till the end. We really enjoyed their kindness and availability for questions we had about Rhodes and the island.   Breakfast was simply excellent, large variety of hot and cold items, nice lounge and lobby area. Room were very clean, perfect location right in the center but very quite at night! - The hotel has been undergoing major renovation to upgrade its star level and the lobby and entrance area are beautiful.   7Palms is very good place for stay for an young couple. The stuff is friendly and helpful in everything you need (ex. order a taxi, rent a car, help with the Rhodes map, etc). The wrap-around balconies are nice, even though the facing street can be rather loud with traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful regarding directions and how to get to sites and beaches on other parts of the island. A very close grocery store made it be easy to use the kitchenette extensively throughout my stay.

  Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the facilities in the hotel were mostly excellent - The location was perfect. The areas were very modern and comfortable.

  This was our honeymoon and we loved our stay in this hotel. Nothing could be better. The hospitality was perfect. Wi-Fi was working very well, the A/C was so silent you don't understand it is off or on. The breakfast was excellent and the room was stylish, very well decorated, in one word: amazing.
