She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home. It's very quiet and safe. Also there's no mosquitoes near the hotel. Everything is clean. If anything is broken, as long as you let the owner/keeper know the problems will be solved very quickly. Kitchen equipement was enough to our needs: kettle, coffeemaker, electric oven and fridge.
