  The room was of exceptional standard for the price as was the hotel generally. Importantly if coming by/leaving by train and bus, this hotel is perfectly located right between both. The breakfast was the budget hotel style prevalent in greece centring around a boi - very nice place, best location close to everything! stuff very helpful with information about Monastero and Kalambka. Because of strike we stayed one more night, for the same price they found room for us. Price is just perfect, for that what they are giving! Beds are big, fridge, tv, save, wifi, breakfast, shower, wc, balcon, huge cafeteria area with fireplace all that for just 25 € and 35€ with breakfast for two people. Rooms are very clean with good quality furniture!

After we check-out, we planned to take the train to Athens. But when we get to the railway station, there is nobody at the railway station and only a note of one English word "Strike" on the window!!!   I really liked the excellent view from the balcony - Hotel manager rang our home in Australia to advise they would pick us up from the airport - how nice is that? Rooms quiet and a bit of a walk to town, though we hired a scooter from nearby and didn't walk.
