Everything I asked, she did! My - This hotel should be rated 6 star given the quality of the establishment and hospitality of the owner. From the first welcoming cup of lemonade to the end check out, everything is perfect. The owner goes the extra mile by being so helpful and engaging, showing you the best beaches to go to helping to sort a hire car. We cannot speak highly enough of her. And then comes breakfast!   We have never been at the hotel that is more relaxing. It's perfect for families with small children who are not so much into the 'all inclusive' experience and like to spend their holidays a little bit more casual. Rooms and little gardens are kept very clean and tidy by the hotel stuff. And they themselves are extremly helpful and frien - Very friendly owners and staff! Our studio was very beautiful and always clean. The hotel is a couple of meters from the main road so it is very peaceful, no traffic noise. A nice little path leads to the beach (1 min by foot). The sandy beach is really beautiful, not overcrowded and with one cafeteria and one restaurant, just perfect in our eyes!

  We have just spent a lovely week at Hotel Denise may 7th to 14th. We cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. The manager and staff are very hospitable and helpful.   Wonderful hotel! Kavos is in a fantastic location -- it overlooks the port of Patitiri and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We felt very lucky to have booked a hotel in such a convenient location since we had friends staying in other hotels that were much more of a hike to the centre. It is worth it to spend the extra money on a view room since the port is spectacular, esp - The hotel is situated at the best possible location.   We've stayed here 4 times and think this is a great hotel run by a very friendly couple who make every effort to ensure that you enjoy your stay. They even gave us a couple of lifts to the beach, to save us walking, which was very welcome on a hot day. It is simple but delicous and sets you up for the day. So mu - Very convenient location, exactly on top of the beach of Patitiri. Owners were a elderly local couple, very helpful on everything - they even called us before our arrival at the port to ask if we needed a lift. Rooms look dated, but are spotlessly clean. Very nice balcony with view of the port and the sunrise. Very quiet neighbourhood. The hotel offers a very welcome homelike feel. Strong wifi signal everywhere.

  Strict but understanding owners (even endured our too active children - one with down's syndrome, who had made "best" of themselves. :) ), very nice cleaning, good wi-fi, nice pool after heat.
