I stayed there with my mom in August for 2 nights and I will always look back at this place as one of the most wonderful hotels we've ever stayed with.   Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.
