  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

  Christa the hostess was so warm and helpful. She assisted us with car rental issue and had suggestions for restaurant, had the times for the museums. Each day she made sure we had all the direction we needed to enjoy our time. The view was beautiful from our room. She loves animals and her dog and 5 cats were available for petting.

This place is a labor of love, built by the owner, and he is wonder - The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. It was a few minutes walk from the end of the beach strip so was lovely and quiet while still being so close to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else thinking of it.
