  This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect.   I have been dreaming of going to Santorini for 37 years.Since seeing the movie Summer Lovers when I was 13. It has been a long wait to say the least. My boyfriend David and I had no idea of where to stay, what area etc. by fluke we discovered Notos took a chance and booked.   The location is breathtaking. It is much better to stay outside Fira, in the quieter surrounds of Imerovigli. The staff at the resort were perfectly attentive and polite.
