  Casa del Mar was recommended to me by a good friend. I only needed to come to Mykonos for a very short trip; Casa seemed a nice, luxurious place to stay without having to spend a fortune.   Everything about this hotel was beyond amazing. The staff were wonderful, the Alexanders, Nico, George, Poppy and Electra were all super friendly and were always happy to help.   Very unique place right off the cove behind the Windmills Landmark. The complementary airport transfer, driver pick me up from the airport bring me to Hermes Hotel (Owner of Chora Apartment) and they do the checkin at the hotel.   This was my fourth visit to Mykonos, third in this hotel. I've stayed in all 3 hotel buildings. The restaurant Bonatsa hotel building has the most beautiful views of the bay.   Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.
