  We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.   Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom.
