  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. Staff was very fri - Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet. Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment. The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.   We were met at the harbour and taken to Vinceno Family Rooms where cold drinks were made available. Our room was Studio 9, which was a large room and it also had a small lounge with a balcony facing the street. There was a flat screen tv, a kettle and cups for our early morning cup of tea. There were only 3 of us, but there - Vincenzo family rooms is outstanding in all categories, it is an oasis on a jewel of an island in the port city of Chora.   The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none. Sunshine, goats bleating in the fields nearby, reflections on the pool at breakfast and buses only five minutes away, while in t - I enjoyed the calm, family environment. The room was ideal for me as being on a small budget I was very happy to be able to self cater for my family due to there being a fridge in the room. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Access to beaches are all via bus or a good hike away (but well worth the trip) Therefore the pool at the hotel was a welcome extra and great for the kids.
