  The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff. Very clean and designed hotel with great view etc.

  Everything about this hotel was beyond amazing. The staff were wonderful, the Alexanders, Nico, George, Poppy and Electra were all super friendly and were always happy to help.   I have been dreaming of going to Santorini for 37 years.Since seeing the movie Summer Lovers when I was 13. It has been a long wait to say the least. We loved driving there and discovering all parts of the island but the tranquility of N - staff friendly, excellent location for tranquillity, near the black sand Beach, in front of a beautifull small port and next to an excellent fish restaurant.   When we landed in Tino's from the ferry we were surprised to find that the original resort we had booked had sent an email that evening saying they were sorry but they were overbooked. At 11 PM at night we were forced to find other accommodations for 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 grown children. We found the Tinos Resort online and what a blessing it... 别人怎么说 » turned out to be. They say things happen for a reason and I know that is what happened here... the owners were amazing and the units ( our 2 bedroom - We loved the owners, Anthony and Georgia. They were so helpful and just couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent, room 6, but only had a sea view through a window, not from a balcony. There were however 2 balconies on the landward side of the hotel. Anthony's tips on where to go in terms of beaches and villages was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, all prepared by Georgia. There were omlettes, fruit and yoghurt, bruschettas, ham on bread, and tea or coffee.

  Everything about this hotel was phenomena!! The location is absolutely gorgeous. You are right on the mountain with a perfect view of the Oia sunset. We got a good end-of-season deal and they threw in a free upgrade to a room with a hot-tub on the balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Nicolas and Andreas. Exquisite views. We had a great time. The suite had two balcony's overlooking the volcano bay. Very cozy.
