  Dimitris!!! He made our holiday, thank you for being so welcoming and friendly. He is also now a fluent Welsh speaker :) All the staff were very accommodating and the rooms clean and comfortable.   This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini.   We loved the setting and the luxurious feel of the entire compound.The sunsets, the views, and the accommodations were all amazing.
