  I really have to say that this is a very very nice and friendly hotel. Not only the value for money but also the location and Design of the hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with a good spa shop and friendly atmosphere. And there is George, the owner of the hotel bar. I have to say that this guy really made our holidays.   Everything is beyond any expectation! The personnel is warm, friendly and always there to assist, with a smile. Warm and relaxing environment and decoration.   The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.

  Manolis and his family were very nice, very welcoming and willing to help us with anything. As soon as we arrived he gave us some Raki to taste! The apartments are just a few metres away from the beach and from the main road in Plataniàs, where you can find plenty of bars, banks, supermarkets and lovely restaurants. It's about 10 minutes from Chania, 40 minutes from Falasarna, 1,5 hours from Elafonissi and a couple of hours from - Stayed ten years ago. Better now. Same lovely family but older, as we all are! WIFI now too! Quiet location just yards from narrow, sandy, gravelly beach. Perfect for us. Breakfast at restaurant overlooking beach at end of street. Would stay again.....and again!

  A nice hotel close to the beach. Clean swimming pool with sunbeds. Short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Nice view, clean rooms, very comfortable beds (hard to find even at 5 star hotels), Cretan soap from olive oil, excellent service.
