Great place to wake up with one of Chios' best beaches at your doorstep. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we really loved having a kitchen. Agias Fotini is a good location. The sea is right in front of the hotel. It's very convenient. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is clean, nice, has a good patio. The owners even gave us orange jam while we were leaving.

Very clean & new rooms. very nice view and rooms at the lower level have great garden/terace. Extra friendly owners! very helpful with very good English. Location might look far but if you rented a car, it is very easy & convinient. directions that the owners sent us were very clear and easy to fallow. It is a good spot for famiy / couples

The apartments are new, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and kept immaculately clean. The area Agios Ioannis, Kallimasias is peaceful but also convenient for the tour of the island. The well-known beach Agia Fotini (Fotia) is just 100m away and it is memorable. The owners Pantelis & Yollanda are very friendly and kind hosts. We plan on staying here again.
