I loved the peaceful location high above the sea surrounded by olive groves. The air was perfumed with the scent of spring flowers and the only sounds were the tinkling of goat bells and birdsong. The studio was spotless and well equipped with direct access to a big patio and garden where you could pick your own parsley, mint etc. The owners were discreetly available at all times and were charming and helpful. A perfect spot for rest and relaxation!.
所有评语 » The family who runs the studios were brilliant. They were warm and exceptionally helpful for our entire trip. The studios are a great deal, with a fully equipped kitchen, two beds, bathroom, and balcony overlooking the mountainous coast. Perhaps you enjoy being directly on the beach, but I enjoyed the six minute walk into town. It's quiet, relaxing, and a three minute walk for the Kathy's Market. Good situation on the bottom of a raised hill, at 7mn by walk to the main beach or another little beach more quiet. Paleokastritsa is by far the most attractive place and the most "nature" we had seen on Corfu island. A very good welcome too. Nice very quiet place 200m uphill from main road, 300-400m from the beach (print a good map, not quite easy to find). In the room no TV, weak WiFi, but equipped kitchen, plus nice terrace with seaview - good for family holidays. 1. Beautiful view from the balcony 2. Friendly owners 3. Olive groves all around 4. Beautiful beaches in vicinity of the studios. Lovely setting .Friendly owners. Clean facilities. Position Value for money Comfort Quietness. Everything. View from the terrace. Quiet and calm enviroment. Friendly staff. Good kitchen equipment. Relatively close to 3 picturesques beaches. Supermarket on the way to beaches. Beautiful scenery. Very relaxing. The owners were very pleasant. Paleokastritsa is amazing, we will definitely return. The only problem I had as a not particularly fit 69 year old was the long, steep climb up to the studio after a session on the lovely sandy beach.10 minutes to get down - 20 to get back up again!. The swimming pool is too far and so it's better to go to the sea. Warm water only in the morning and evening (perhaps due to out of season an very few guests?). 1. We would prefer double bad to two bad; 2. Mosquito net would be preferable on the balcony door. There is no internet for quests on site. Hotel is placed on a hill slope with the last part of the way by steps - not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Not the 50 metres from the available pool in walking terms. Not a struggle for us but maybe for less mobile holiday makers. No internet but it was available at the pool.
