  We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   Highly recommended, with views of the sunset/caldera to die for. An excellent mid-range option. Langas has the same private balcony views and a nice pool (albeit very small) as its luxury neighbors like Astra and Gold Suites, but at far less cost.   Great atmosphere, it had nice private rooms with air conditioning to camping grounds. Great pool and bar with lovely staff, shop, restaurant all part of the grounds and right in the centre of Fira...
