The location was perfect for travelers looking for an authentic Greek island experience. You are on the edge of town in a slightly rustic setting. However, you are only 300 meters from the beaches and the main shopping area / restaurants. The staff provided excellent recommendations on where to eat, often accompanied by a discount and special treatment by the restauranteur when they learned where I was staying. The manager helped arrange my car rental and planned out the best routes/sites t.
所有评语 » Incredibly friendly, welcoming and generous. Our 1st night on holiday on a one night stop. Arrived late after delay, welcomed with drinks, snacks, even delicious kebabs they had from their own family bbq. Nice breakfast, when we had to run to catch boat and couldn't wait for the fruit course insisted on reducing the, already modest, bill. Lovely people, great atmosphere. Family room huge. A c worked, more than we could say for other far more expensive places later in the trip. We stayed at Ilios & Irene at the end of May 2013 for 2 nights at the beginning of our island hopping adventure. Sokratis is very welcoming and ensures that everything is right for you. We enjoyed our stay so much we had the last 2 nights here too You can go next door to the Halftime Bar and use their pool and get some lunch,which is also a great touch. It's on the edge of Mastichari so it's quiet but only 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants. A very warm welcome, with light refreshments provided free as soon as we arrived. We were well looked after, the apartment was spotless and a cooked breakfast was included in the price. We would have happily stayed longer, but we had a holiday booked on a neighbouring island and we needed one night following a late flight. It is a quiet and friendly place, excellent for a family with small kids. It has big and clean rooms with beautiful country side view. The hosts, Socratis and Rya ensured we have everything we need and they offered us precious advices in regards to the best places to visit. Place was very well run, the owner was friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy, and well equipped in comparison to Greek apartments we've stayed in previously. Quiet at night, but an easy stroll to Mastichari. Great view from the room. The manager and staff were so welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I had a lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment with two balconies. I would definitely recommend these apartments. The rooms are very large everything in the room for what you would want for self catering, the rooms are very clean staff very friendly I would recommend this to anyone, we will go back to this hotel again. Owners and staff were wonderful. Very friendly and made a huge fuss of my Grand-daughter who loved them all. She cried when we left!. Great location, quiet yet close to the beach, and access to nearby swimming pool bar. Sokrates was very friendly and helpful. I had a friendly welcome, with some food and a drink. It was a quiet, relaxing environment. Nice breakfast en helpful staff. Friendly staff, given complementary snack and shot of ouzo on arrival! Clean room, quiet and a short walk from the centre. We were made extremely welcome on arrival and particularly well looked after. I would happily recommend this hotel. very relaxed atmosphire , excellent food , owners coudnt have been more helpful - lovely friendly people. the people were very nice and gave us a warm welcome.rooms clean comfortable and spacious. Actually didn't matter much as it happened as weather so hot. We didn't stay long enough to have any criticisms at all.Our. Slightly misleading that the photos make I&I look like it has a pool; in fact the pool is at a bar a couple of minutes walk away. nothing. Self catering facilities a bit sparse. nothing. Would have been nice if it was closer to the town centre. No WiFi in the rooms. Not applicable. mattresses were very hard. loud music in bar. Nothing. moscitous. No directions given, just an inaccurate address. We trudged up and down the hill for 30 mins with our luggage looking for someone who could direct us.
