  Very good location , very nice , friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the heart of Malia and just 2 minuts walking to beach. Lots of bars , restaurants and night clubs are close to this hotel. The small bar of the hotel serve people till late which is very useful.   The room was of high standard, everything new and stylish. Nice, deep pool and view to the mountains. The hotel is run by an extremely friendly family, the nicest people we met on Crete :) we enjoyed ourselves very much.   First of all, a very big thank you to the proprietors Parthenis and Elena. I stayed one week at the Parthenis Beach and it is just a fantastic place to relax. Their warm welcome and hospitality is very much appreciated. They want you to feel "at home". The hotel is extremely well situated; next to the private beach.   All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived fairly late and there was still someone to help and assist us. Always happy to advise us about places to eat/drink etc. The location was perfect for us.
