  It was a very nice place. The room was tiny but very well put together, the bathroom was very efficiently put together as well. The staff were very helpful. Very much liked it. - The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good once you know how to get around the city.

  At less than 50 euros a night the hotel is basic but clean and adequate for my needs. It is not as contemporary as some in the same price range (Ibis, Campanile type), but has more facilities like a fridge in the room. I also got a big balcony. - Easy to find, good room space, friendly staff.

As for the comments about the neighbourhood, except for one street between the museum and the polytechical school it was just fine.   Staffs are super friendly and helpful all the time. On the last day before we left, we went downstairs to get some food (at about 9 in the night). Staff told us the restaurant were closed but they would like to ask the kitchen if they can make some food for us (from the hotel next to Ariston). Surprisingly, they made it !!!! Recommend for group of friends, couples, families. - the staff is very kind and most welcoming. we realy enjoyed staying there. before booking this hotel we were a little worried about the area. but there we had no problem, and never bumped into any strange people. except for that the real benefit of the hotel is that also it's in the centre of athens, it is lockated just next to a metro station, and it takes no more than 5-7 minutes to go from there to all the main sites of the city.

They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly.
