  From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice and friendly. The apt was spotless and cleaned everyday. Apt kitchen had everything one would need. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block.   We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place. After arriving on foot, hot and tired, we were greeted with bottles of chilled water and a choice of rooms. Kiria Nitsa and her family are very welcoming, kind and - This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!

We booked it through letsbookhotel.com, and I forgot to print out the booking page, as I said we don't have any printout at the reception, the answer was: " No problem".
