Best accommodation experience we ever had! The owner was very helpful even before we arrived as she helped us with all our questions about the island, ferry time tables to get there and so on. The stay at the hotel was pleasant and in a nice friendly atmosphere. The view of the sea and the mountains was beautiful - especially as the sun rose directly from the mountain peaks reflecting in the sea. We stayed at three different hotels on Kos but if we ever come back we'll certainly stay at Villa P.

We spent 14 days in Villa Popi Studios. Very nice and helpful owner. Good contact before arrival. Villa located in a quiet area (no discos, no crowd). Close to the beach, great fish taverns and shops. Excellent pool. Bedclothes and towels were changed every two days. Very good Wi-Fi internet service. Excellent value for money!!! We got bread knife ;).
I liked everything. The location is great, a few minutes from the main road and a beautiful beach. Villa looks like new, clean room (they change sheets and towels every 2 days). Internet free and fully working. Clean and quite big pool. Wonderful views. Very friendly hostlady. Great communication with her before and during stay.
the staff/owners are wonderful,nothing is to much trouble,rooms are cleaned every other day and pool cleaned weekly,5 mins from beach ,great views of the mountains and sea.this was our 3rd visit,and will go back again and again.
very friendly owners, very clean pool, if you have appartment in upper floor of new building there is a beautiful sea view from the balcony. it`s close to the center of the town - really worth to see Kefalos village.
It was a clean spacious room. There was a lovely pool and a short walk to restaurants which were all excellent and catered for all needs. The owners were very welcoming and we would return in the near future.
The convenient location for the harbor and beachfront. Only a five minute walk away. The helpful staff. Our rooms were cleaned and linen and towels changed every other day.
Nice surprise for our honeymoon. Again lots of thanks for wonderful wonderful vacation:).
