  We arrived in early hours of the morning after travelling most of the night, with this in mind the staff were very efficient and accommodating to ensure that check in was quick and effortless.   We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car back. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants.   We had a very nice stay overnight with our family. The staff were very helpful and arranged for our ferry tickets to be delivered to our hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a minimart as well. Rooms are spacious and I would definitely return. - Professional and helpful staff, excellent service and room, good location.   Very nice, cheap hotel, close to the port if you have an early start for a ferry - also if you get the breakfast they include a free transfer to the ferry port! - good location close to the port. free shuttle bus to the port was unexpected and made things so easy. breakfast was very generous.
