Babis and his family are so very kind and helpful. For high season I think the value was excellent. Short walk into Fira was easy. Bus stops to beaches outside hotel plus there are eateries , a supermarket etc just around the corner. It was nice to stay in a village opposed to right in town plus to are close to town anyway. The pool area was lpvely and clean. Babis and his staff (family) were always available if you needed something or any information. Shuttle service into Fira on the hour was .
所有评语 » This is the place! I can't quite describe it otherwise, but this place feels like "home." We received 5 star quality service as the owner who is also the concierge, receptionist, driver to many excursions, and the driver from and to the airport is always there when you need him! I honestly can't figure out how he does it. The rooms are clean, neat, and serviceable with a feeling and style from this island. Oh, and the wi-fi was very useful. Everything was great for us!. We stayed at Babis Hotel for 1 night on our way to and then again from Ios, since our arrival and departure was in the middle of the night. We were met by the owner at the airport and harbour both times, and got excellent service and help during our stay. The owner did not know what good he could do for us. Such friendly service! We had a comfortable stay in our rooms, and will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we need a hotel on Santorini!. We travelled with 7 all up and mbambi and his father were very kind ,gracious and helpful and made us all feel very welcomed.They were also such a world pool of info on what best to do for us in beautiful Santorini so lovely and memorable. And thankyou so much Vasili for the beautiful picture of Santorini sunset . It will be put in a frame when we get back home to Aust and cherished!! lovely lovely people .Jim Jo and kids xxx We will be back!!!!!!. Babis and family go out of their way to make your stay at Santorini an enjoyable one. Their happy smiles and touring advice makes each day a real pleasure. Babis is a five star hotel when it comes to customer service with a smile. Very clean rooms and a lovely pool. The transportation service to and from the Port, Airport and town is exceptional...they always make sure of getting you to town for the sunset. Great value!. Hotel is owned by a very nice family and they serv you like you are from the family. At our arrival we couldnt meet at the port somehow and we had to pay 20€ for the taxi however Mr. Babis didnt charged us for one nigth which was 35€. we wont forget that, will remember till death. Thanks again Mr. Babis. The hotel is very clean and close to Fira(centre), breakfast is fair enough for that price. The room was clean,tidy and neat.There is also an everyday cleaning service.Breakfast was decent but filling and the owners are friendly,hospital and willing to assist you in whatever you need.There is also a free transport service to/from Fira every one hour (5 minute trip) as well as a free pick up and return service from/to airport/port.Highly recommended!. Very nice hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. But what is really special there, it's fabulous family atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, always ready to pick you up from the port/airport and to drive you there, to provide you with all the info about the island and places to visit there. Highly recommended. Babis and his family are excellent hosts. They really went above and beyond in making our stay the best. Although we rented a car, we were offered rides to town etc. whenever we wanted. Every morning we were given excellent suggestions on things to do that day. Nice pool, clean rooms, great location. Love the service and family atmosphere. Very helpful with planning and booking excursions as well as providing travel service to and from various locations. Made me feel at home. The owners spoke every morning, asked how was my day, if I needed anything, said good night. It was wonderful. Awesome service. It is a family operated business. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is just outside Fira but very easy to get to. The hotel also offers free transportation service to Fira. I would stay there again. it is really a nice hotel I have living before ,not only the hotel it self ,especially for appreciate the kindness of babi's staffs ,i just got a fever there ,and they are kindly take care of me .i feel like home at that moment . I suggest u to go there !!!. From the free pick-up at the port to the free delivery at the airport, the owner was always ready and eager to assist. Not only clean hotel but well maintained, regularly renovated. Cosy lobby. Lovely seaview. Good price. Babis hotel serves you like you are their family, I really like the pick up service from port and to the Fira town, we had a late night ferry but Babis took us to the port no matter how late it is, thank you so much! =). Excellent breakfast Hotel owner very helpful, pick up and drop off very useful. Sightseeing suggestions to make the most of short time. Lift to town made getting about easy. Bus stop outside.fab pool. Best place to stay in Santorini. Babis family is one of a kind. They will make you feel at home from the time you arrived and depart. Although breakfast was lovely , some cereal would have been nice : ). The convenient location is somewhat offset by the traffic in front of the hotel. However that also made for easy bus connections. I would not say I did not like it, but breakfast did not have fruits of any kind and Im a vegetarian. So I was limited. Nothing that I didn't like. There was nothing to not like. I have never been to hotel with such great service. No negatives from us!. nothing really,there isent anything we dident like. The location is a little bit diffcult to reach ,the owner will drive you to where ever you want but the way back you need do walk. Thin pillows in bed. a bit close to the main street. nothing.
