  Value for money here is phenomenal. Rooms are and have all that you would expect/require in terms of size, comfort and cleanlinesss. The design and location are magnificent, the pool lovely and the service top notch (they even sent us our sweaters via snail mail at no charge since we accidentaly left it at the hotel). Also, Vangelis cooks like the... 别人怎么说 » best of them, so we ended up eating here most of the time (go for the special of the day). - We arrived only around 11pm and did not have dinner yet. Vangelis still cooked us a quick but delicious meal. The room was big and well equiped, the wifi worked perfect the whole time, the swimmingpool + poolbar was great for lazing around the whole day, plus excellent views over Elounda. Vangelis is really one of the best host/owner we've ever met! Don't miss out the sunday boat tour.

  The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .   As others have noted, the location of this hotel overlooking the beach is lovely. The room was basically furnished but fine for our needs. Nice family who own the hotel and most guests seemed to be "regulars". There is a relaxed atmosphere around the pool area which is also very nice.   We liked it very much. The Management wanted to make sure we were happy and we were upgraded to a larger studio. Alas, the reopening of our studio that had just been refurbished led to petty problems. But the management was committed and in a short while, everything (hot water, or electricity in the bathroom) was fixed. The manager lent me his notebook connected - I really love my stay at this hotel and I was so sorry to leave. It is a very beautful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from our rooms were such a delight to wake up to and my friends had to drag me away from my tea on the beautiful terrace every morning. I thought both swimming pools were excellent and the beach was just at the end of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were such lovely friendly people - we were all very sad to be leaving them too.

  The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only found the shortcut to town on the second last day (although we didn't ask anyone either). Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and facilities and would go back again. - very comfortable, friendly staff - would recommend it thoroughly
