She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home.   I would recomend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the location of the hotel was nice too. It is a little outside of the city, which is nice to come back to after a long day and relax. - Everything. Beautiful clean hotel and extremely friendly staff
