This apartment has left me wishing i could have stayed so much longer. It meet all that i would have wanted in a great holiday. It had the most incredible view, to great food and also the area is very friendly, it even has a car park which is a rare find. One of the best thing about it is its owned by a friendly warm family who put great attention to even the smallest details. Another must i think is the location its in the middle of lots of must dos for this island. I found in terms of value i.
所有评语 » We really enjoyed the extraordinary friendliness of Antonia, the owner to start with.Antonia makes you feel at home straight away and together with relaxed atmosphere and stunning garden, it made us change our travelling plans and come back for extra days. Very clean spacious rooms, only 5 minute walk to harbour for nice drinks and good food!. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Accommodation had a glorious view of the harbour and only 5 minutes walk to harbour where there was enough eating places to offer choice. The gardens were ablaze with colour. Rooms were clean, comfortable, good and the kitchenette had the necessary equipment to allow this. Great location for Anti Samos beach and a more quaint location than Swami. Lovely outdoor seating area, which we enjoyed and made the most of for our two night stay. Staff really friendly and let us leave our bags hours before check in. We were lucky to have an apartment sea-side, we had a perfect view of Agia Effimia. The owner is very nice, welcoming, warm and helpful. The garden was full of flowers and we can even go swimming directly. The position to visit the island, the magic garden, the room was clean and with a big balcony. And Tonia helped us for everything and made us feel at home with her friends of steki restaurant!. very clean apartment! beautiful garden with great view on agia efimia, so you don't really need a room with a view, just sit in the garden! Really nice staff good views from terrace. Antonia, the owner, was very friendly and always responsive to our requests. Every day cleaning. The view is ideal if you book a room with sea/harbour view. The garden area is very well taken care of. The town is a peaceful harbour which accomodates all basic requirements. It is in the middle of the island which is ideal if you want to explore the whole island while saving time and kilometres. that i was not there long enough :(. Nothing. toilet did not flush properly and had to lift the cistern to do it. Decor a bit dated, but very clean which is most important. The washing sink is kind of small. Small eating table inside, and the bees bothered us in the outside big table. beds were hard and the kitchen area is too small: there is no space to leave dishes. And cooking is too difficult because there is no space to cut your vegetables etc. leaving. Small bathroom, tiny washbasin. Internet patchy. Mattress and pillow very uncomfortable. Not enough space in the room to place our things so as to move comfortably. Not sound-proof which was a real minus in our case since we had to deal with both inconsiderate guests and the cleaning crew of the neighbouring facility; had to wake up every day from 7:30 to 9:00. Equally annoying was the sound of the water pipes every time someone either showered or flushed.
