The hotel was great - centrally located, good sized room, and deliciousbreakfast every morning. Quick response to our early check in request, Location. rate, location, family room for four, reception was very professional and went above and beyond to be helpful, breakfast buffet was laso convenient. fantastic location - close to Syntagma and historic and shopping districts.
所有评语 » Location for Athens overall was great. Front desk very helpful on everything. A lot of space for 4 persons in the family room. the location and the staff's good service. The staff let us in as early as possible after a long flight. It was in a great spot between 2 train lines and the buses that go out to the airport.Great location for sightseeing, clean and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast to start your day. fantastic location, clean and comfortable room,. Reception staff. i liked the location so close to the metro which meant we did not have to stay at the airport for an early departure also had 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and the other with a single bed. we had a rollaway bed for the 2nd child(10) which we put in the entranceway which gave everyone their own space great. Very central hotel, close to Syntagma square (2 metro lines, buses,airport bus) and in a not-noisy street. Rooms are very clean, as well asair-conditioned (very convenient in the Athens summer). Very good location. We arrived at 4 am, and its location is perfect to get from the airport by bus. Helpful staff.Great location. Breakfast. There is near from Syntagma Square, and it's very easy to find, so we have no stress at this point. We were on the 6th floor and took the stairs most of the time.the elevator is too small. Shower could have been easier to use.The bathroom looked a bit old, although clean. Breakfast (thoughincluded in the price) could be highly improved: there was no freshfruit, no toasts (just cold bread), bad orange juice, etc. Breakfast could be better.Lift too small. A bit tatty. Did not receive a pre-booked morning wake up call.We explicitly asked for a non-smoking room. Our room was clearly a smoking room and stank but since the hotel was full they could not offer us an alternative room. Breakfast area was in the ground floor reception area. Limited choice of foods.The elder receptionist who worked in the evening shift gave us good survices, but the younger receptionist who worked in the morning shift has no survice, no smile, and no responsibility. We felt very bad on each morning. shower tap not working properly changes to hot and cold without doing anything. the lıft ıs too small. Very noisy students for 2 nights - did complain about them but running up and down stairs, knocking on doors (including ours).Yes, the annoying smoke odour in every room, the tiny elevator, the old ripped sofa in the lobby and the uncomfortable bathtub.
