  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   A great comfortable clean relaxing stay. Loads of snow, great sauna/pool and hot tubs (dont miss them) friendly staff and an excellent location.   The area is very nice and quiet. It is ideal for hikers. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant which can provide very tasty and good food (you do not need to worry about the amount of food :-) ).
