  The hostess was very gracious and accommodating. She was there when we needed her and yet granted us our privacy. She provided us with a lovely breakfast.   The owners and the staff were excellent and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a very good standard of breakfast. Location was good - a short walk to the town centre and very close to the lake.
