The view itself was fascinating but Koblenz and other old towns you can visit by boat are interesting and environment relaxed. The hotel has a good restaurant and there are many others on the waterfront - immediately adjacent to the hotel. You can also eat in the nearby old town and buy amazing ice-creams.

  the helpfulness of the staff...very welcoming; the location and the cleanliness...also, after checkout, we were able to leave our luggage for a short while before the taxi came - Room was spacious, very comfortable.   This hotel is situated on the banks of the Rhine River and has a lovely balcony where guests sit out and enjoy drinks and light meals while gazing at all the passing river traffic. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and we were able to hire bikes from the hotel to use along the cycling tracks beside the river. Very nice breakfast in a dining room over looking the river. This is a very nice small hotel and I would recommend it to anybody passing through Koblenz.
