  The rooms were very big. Bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as well as a little living room. Breakfast had a good selection. Close to University and Botanical Gardens.   My very quiet room and pleasant bathroom. - Small single room was to my surprise quite spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was everything you could hope for a german breakfast and more. The hotel was close to city centre, only a few blocks away from the main shopping street.
