Cleanliness, light, airy feel, professional manner of staff, good taste of decor, individuality and German character. Nice little hotel with nice rooms.Hotels on European mainland can never be perfect for the British traveler because in-room coffee/ tea-making facilities are rarely offered! This is a more or less universal shortcoming (French Campanile chain may be an exception).
