The peace and tranquility of the area it is located in. It would have been a wonderful place had it been nearer to the Airport, but it is a small price to pay for an excellent apartment. False advertising The room was advertised for €39 than they add on €20for cleaning and linen charge. This more than a 50% surcharge stayingone nighgt. And one cannot cancel the booking without being charged thefull amount unless it is done more than 7 days before arrival. Avoidthis place!!.
