  The hotel and surrounding countryside was beautiful. It was just up the hill from the city center of Seiffen. The food was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but it looked lovely. We were there to shop for Erzebirge nutcrackers, schwibbogen, christmas pyramids, etc. Seiffen is lovely in all the seasons.

  The courtesy and efficiency of the staff were marvelous! In spite of language problems, they made every effort to be helpful. The breakfasts were great with a nice variety each day. The ease of parking on site and the location were big plusses. We could not have had a better experience. - Good location.

  Even although some of the staff said their English was poor,( the reception staff's English was perfect) they managed to help us in everything we asked. They picked us up at the station and even picked us up when we finished shopping, by just ringing the hotel. Staff very friendly, and the location was excellent.
