Good clean room and especially bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Good restaurant adjacent to hotel and only a minute or two from the A2 motorway. room OK , tidy, comfortable bed, bathroom Ok, lift working, we con not complain. This hotel is based in the village we lived in 32 years ago.......and it had a lift which not many guest houses do. It suited us for our purpose of visiting old friends, so we wanted a clean comfortable bed and functional clean bathroom. We would not choose to stay here again.

Nothing in particular. The hotel is very tired and smelt of smoke. The staff were friendly but scruffy. Breakfast was basic, and the cheese and ham was dried up. So it was fresh rolls and jam:-(. No reception, no staff, no restaurant, no bar, no water in the room. After a long 5 hour journey we were left to search for a restaurant in a town where everything closes at lunch time not good. Breakfast not the greatest.
