  The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.
