  The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*.   This hotel had inter-connecting room door, 1 room for the the kids and 1 room for the adults - this is not always avaliable in German hotels. Good hotel parking and staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. - The layout and space available in the family room was excellent. The bathroom and shower were extremely clean.
