  This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort.   The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  The hotel is set in a peaceful, rural setting. The staff were efficient rather than friendly. The room was spacious though the the wardrobe space was cramped. There were tea making facilities in the room. It was very clean and 'done out' to a good standard. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. - We stayed on a beautiful summer night.   This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel.   Situation and cleanliness - My room was excellent 2 bedroom apartment. Far too big for 1 person but great comfort. Large tv flatscreen, free internet is unusual for German hotels but very welcome.
