  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  Great location with cross country skiing and sledding right outside the front door. Also a nice swimming pool/sauna for families just a few blocks away. Excellent for anyone traveling without a car, bus and train station both just a couple of minutes away and included with the tourist card.
