  Very welcoming couple. Nothing too much trouble and will go the extra mile. Lovely modern apartment, very spacious and spotlessly clean. A real pleasure to stay here and would recommend. Accommodation has been sound proofed so very quiet. You can eat indoors or on the patio in a beautifully kept garden.   The hotel was in a lovely setting, near the top of large hill/small mountain. It had fabulous views and was neat and beautifully maintained. Although we arrived very late, at almost 11pm, having phoned to apologise, we were still provided with a cold dinner.   The owner telephoned us a couple of days before arrival to confirm everything was okay and asking what time we were due to arrive. As we were going to arrive late she gave us the code for the door and told us where we could park and where to get the key. The wifi signal was very strong! The beds were very comfortable and lots of - The lady who runs the Pension is just lovely, really helpful & upbeat. Breakfast was plentiful & the room rate was great. We had a 4 bed family room & fitted 5 of us no problem. The staff couldnt have been more helpful, location perfect & some great dinner options close by. We will be back, if you are considering this one, I would book it before someone else does.

  The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.
