  Staff was very helpful, room had a small sitting area plus a small balcony with table and 2 chairs, and all was very clean. The city of Konstanz provides free bus passes. To get them, show your passport and fill in a form with the hotel staff. Breakfast is available for an additional 8 euros per person. It's outside of the main city area, but you get a free bus pass for the 10 minute ride downtown if you stay more than 2 nights. It's nice to be in a quieter area and right on the lake, which you don't get in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

The Hotel is right on the B500 so wonderful road to ride in either direction. Close to Baden-Baden. This was our 2nd time of staying and we were greeted like old friends.   Wow! Everything. We especially enjoyed the scenery from the pool. Thehotel staff were very welcoming, and we felt like we were staying withfamily. The restaurant was excellent. - The ambience and quiet. The food served was very good, and the staff, espcially Sylvia, was very attentive.

  We had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. Everything is very neat, kitchen well equipped and the staff is very friendly. Our son loved the play room.
