  It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices.   The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*.   The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had a double room and it was bright, spacious, well laid out and very clean. The Restaurant was very nice with a good selection of German food, which more importantly was very tasty, with large portions.
