  I would recommend the Hotel Wittelsbach to anyone. It is fantastically situated in the heart of the village with fantastic views to the mountains. It is within waling distance of many places to shop and eat. We picked this hotel due to the great reviews and the location of the town for castle visiting. Breakfast is included and is good. Cereal, eggs, breads, jams, and fruits are typical. Our room was on the corner of the first floor with a balcony. It was one of the bigger rooms with two beds. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice.

  The room small but adequate and very clean. We were the only couple staying but found staff attentive to our needs. Breakfast was substantial, varied and set us up for the onward journey.   You don't have to search any longer, this place is perfect! The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean and big, and really nice.You got a Königscard to the room which gives you a lot of discount, eg. Labergbergbahn for free (instead of 14,5€). There is "minibar" on the first floor, where you can find dishes, tee, waterboiler, beer, soft drinks ... 别人怎么说 » for normal prices. We would like to come back. - The guest house is beautiful with painted walls and insides as well, doors and furniture are lovely. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast served is for kings & queens! The rooms are very comfy and have a perk of special mattresses. As guest we were greeted with pack of Haribo bears on our pillows :-) Haha, could not imagine a better welcome in Germany.

The hosts were very practical and run a very straight forward service with good clear systems in place and information available. The rooms were good for the price paid etc. We were very comfortable.
