  All staff was excellent, friendly and helpful for us. Room was really clean. Amenity of bathroom was good. - The whole environment was good almost to excellent, less the restaurant (rotisserie if I remember well) they should improve the personnel that almost have speeded us scoring that they don`t have places. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to request a non-smoking room.   The staff were extremely friendly and exceedingly helpful. They answered all questions and this enabled us to maximise our time in Nuremberg. I will go back there certainly. - Expensive, but woth it. Could hear the loud noise from pedestrian traffic outside, but still a nice view of the train station. Great movie selections!! Awesome.
