Rooms were of a good size clean and comfy, the included breakfast was very good and very well presented both hot and cold. it was very good that the bus and tram stops were only a 5 minute walk away as we did not have a car, and by bus or tram the U bahn and S bahn were only 5 or 10 minutes away. all staff seemed friendly and professional but some did not speak english so brush up on some German if you want to be understood.
