The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity. Get the hotel to book a ticket for a football match through email prior to my arrival and the hotel help me out on this. In the end, the tickets were given free complimentary from the hotel. BRAVO Rilano 24/7. Friendly, personal service at reception. Room was very modern and clean - nice furniture and fittings, great shower. Plug sockets next to bed. Air con in room. Great location just a few minutes walk from central bus / train station (with easy access to & from airport) and easy walking distance of Old Town and other tourist sites.
所有评语 » Great staff! They were very accommodating and couldn't help enough. Location is great, near all sites and easily accessible. Room was a good size and very quiet. Plenty of places for meals nearby. Excellent deal considering the location and the hotel itself, very new and modern. The staff was great. They were helpful, cheerful, and professional. I had a package delivered ahead of my stay, and I didn't even have to ask for it they had it ready for me. They were gracious enough to let me check in early after a long flight. I loved this place!!. First, the location is pretty convenient. It only takes me 7min walking to main train station and10min to Karlz Platz. Second, staff are extremely nice. They really helps me a lot. Third, there are some shops around the corner. Close to the central rail station and the city center. Very friendly staff!!! Everything looks new and stylish. Bathroom floor is warmed. Free Wi-Fi for 100 MB a day. Good room service. Very good overall impression!. The hotel was near the train station(s) which was very important to me. The area had plenty to offer. The hotel was really quiet. I didn't have any issues with noise from the other guests. location is not the best but still close to the train station and city center . room size is good larger bed 2m X 2m , big window bright room , very modern and renovated hotel but small. The design and decor was interesting and unique. It was extremely clean and quiet as well as relaxing. The location was very conventient to shopping, dining and train station. Close to the station. This is my second stay in the hotel really the location is perfect , and the staffff were so helpfullll. Located very close to Munich main station. Easy to find the hotel and the staff are quite nice. The Hotel is close to the center and underground as well as to the railway station. Close to public transportatin. And just 10 minutes' walk to city center. Just be aware that this central area is also home to a number of lap / table dancing clubs & sex shops....not a problem but may not be an area you'd choose to stay if you were travelling with young children. The street was a little seedy which is a shame because it was surrounded by a great area! But you really didn't notice it and felt safe. Surrounding area is full of strip bars and casinos with all the implications. No refrigerator in the room - you can use the refrigerator at the reception. No dining room - you can ask for a breakfast to your room or buy something at the nearby food stores. Room is rather small, but comfortable. house keeping forgot to clean our room one day out of 4 nights !. I really do not have any negative comments to offer about the Rilano 24/7. Relatively noisy outside as located in an animated (hot) area. Breakfast room outside of the building. Only two people can be in one room. Room was way too hot and air conditioning was not helpful at all. The toilet could be more isolated, because it was the way too open, which is ok when you are alone but not that ok when you are in couple. No electric kettle.Free WiFi only for 100Mb.Double room has only one chair. The neighbourhood is very safe even though there are cabarets next to the hotel!!!!. the room is a little small, but the TEc parts is very good !. just the location a bit concerned... in red light area even tho they dont care u and u dont care them, so really not big deal just in the begining a bit surprised. The clear glass bathroom door offered no privacy in a small hotel room. Also, a window from an adjacent building looks directly into the bathroom and specifically at the toilet. nothing. Nothing!. No mini-bar in the room. Also the area is dodgy with lots of adult clubs and shops nearby, although we didn't feel particularly unsafe. No breakfast restuarant, but you could still order it to the room. Did not try that option. I don't advice for family who has children because beside the hotels many strip clubs !. It's basically in a red-light district. Really didn't like that the door to the bathroom was glass. The breakfast was expensive and they charge for the wifi. The shower was not enclosed. Music from the lobby was heard in the room late at night. 1. Internet is not free 2. No mini bar. (i) Glass bathroom - for those who are modest about lavatorial functions this is rather astonishing; we have never seen this at any other hotel anywhere. (ii) Loud beat music in hotel reception area - cannot see why this is necessary; it certainly discourages any dallying. (iii) Hotel is in a rather seedy area..this might be off-putting for some visitors. It is not safe at night. It's not a complaint but a suggestion to keep weighing scale in the hotel as most of the airlines are very particular about the weight. Sizes of the room is just to small. transparent shower cabin. not for couples who like privacy. Disco entrance was a bit strange... it is surrounded by table dances and casinos, also did not like the fact that the hotel does not notify that it is within the circle in which cars cannot enter if they do not have the unwelt plakette, which is a label that certifies the car does not increases the polution or something like that, since I rented the car in France it did not have it and police charges 40 euros. The location. Staff wasokay. Only had 100 mg of internet per day. No coffee maker in the room. wife would not let me go. We went there during Octoberfeast and we paid 300euro per night for a room that would normally cost 100. Ridiculous price increase. location - the area in whole, and the street itself is very busy with the oldest profession - surely some might find this as a benefit, but not me. Shower room is transparent ! :X Hotel is located just few meter far from train station, which is convenient, but on the other hand, the street are full of strip dance bar sort of club . Quite noisy by weekend nights. The breakfast is really bad. You can see the water clock from the bed. There is no slide to move the suitcase up the stairs. At the entrance. The wifi is not desirable and it cost me additional money to get wifi. The hotel should provide free wifi to its customers. Awfull location of bathroom and toilet. It's in the room almost next to the bed. Not comfortable using it even when you travel with the family. Would recommend the hotel only for single travelers. It's located near strip clubs. So not good for family with kids.
