It was very clean and cozy hotel. The room was equipped well enough and pretty silent, therefore neighbors and outside noise were not disturbing during the stay. The hotel is situated not far from central station (Munich HBF), around 5-10min. of walk distance from it. City center is also relatively close to the hotel, therefore you can reach it very fast. All in all we were quite happy with the hotel.

Еду в гостинице не пробовали, тк в Мюнхене полно мест где можно прекрасно покушать. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ: берите номера с видом на двор - там очень тихо и уютно, вид на улицу более шумный (но в пределах разумного). 1. Its location: close to the railway station, but safe and quiet; is surrounde by good restraunts and close to Munich's most beautifu spots 2. Its interior design: clean, simple but very fuctional. 3. The staff is very warm and helpful. Our room on the 5th floor was very clean and efficient. About 20 sq metres . Bathroom vert new with all facilities provided. Great beds. We had a skylight for air and sky views. All up an excellent choice for octoberfest. The hotel is in a short walk distance from the Central train station. It is located on a street with some strip bars and casinos, but we didn't have any problems with it while returning to the hotel at about 11 PM. Very nice hotel, great location. Staff is excellent. We checked in on a busy Sunday and our room wasn't cleaned but they found us a room equally nice right away. LOVE!!!! the free wifi!. I liked the fact that the hotel had recently been renovated so the furnishing and fittings were still relatively new, smart and modern. Very nice hotel for sightseeing trip. Awesome location near of HBf, Marienplatz. Clean rooms, russian-speaking stuff. Wi fi gratuito, vicino al centro, personale cortese. Free Wi fi, near to the city centre, staff very helpful and nice. The staff were fantastic epically Tom, Christian, and Cristina. They made our stay so wonderful. everything was very nice. New hotel (very clean). Wi-Fi is perfect. breakfast is rather good. Everything was excellent, but Wi-fi sometimes worked bad, maybe because I lived on 6th floor. Helpful staff. Clean, new rooms. Close to RR and bus stations. The male concierge Andreas and his male colleague were excellent. More than helpful and friendly. I found the toilettes in the room clean and new. It was close to central station. Location central, near from many connections. The hotel is close to the street, therefore the noise of the public transport and cars can be heard. When booking the hotel, we asked for the room facing the courtyard, or at least opposite to the main street. And we were lucky enough to get one, therefore the stay was quite pleasant. Our room was on the augustenstrasse str side and with the window open the street noise was disturbing. I fixed the problem by closing the window. I did however request a quiet room?. These are not major issues and wouldn't stop me from coming back. The shower cubicle was very small and there wasn't anywhere to place personal shampoo etc if you don't use the hotel issue. As we were on the fifth floor we couldn't have open windows whilst it rains. Aircon is great when it is very warm but the rest of the time I prefer fresh air, especially whilst sleeping. The weather was a bit sad but there is little you can do about that ;). Price. minus-not about the hotel,but..was noisy (repairing a road nearby the hotel). I didn't mind it but there are erotic shops and cheap casinos in the neighborhood, though it is a safe area. no tea cooking facilities in the rooms. When your room is at the front side, you must be able to stand some noise from outside (tram/train). Neighborhood is not very friendly in the evening, but nothing criminal. I wanted some changes on my hotel bill, which coudn't be made on Sunday, April 28, 2013. I was promised that a new bill would be issued on Monday and sent to Dr. Roland M Schaefer, 60323 Frankfurt, Mylius-Str. 58. I am still waiting & hoping. no fridge in the rooms. not the best address.... lack of lounge/bar. noize from outside (tram). Not the best area of Munich (but ok). no English on evacuation plan no folder for facilities. my accomodation was pre paid by travel agency, but on checking out my card was charged twice too.. i have document from my bank!! I can't take my money back. a bit noisy at night in my street facing room. nothing. No toast it is easy to put a toaster out in the morning. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast poor value for 10 euros. If you are here for a rest forget it noisy area night clubs and trams. Minibar is missing Slippers are missing. Parking very small, with elevator, not easy to access with big cars.
