The hotel was easy to find, had a good secured parking lot. The room, we had a triple room, was comfortable and had great space for us (2 adults and a 3 year old). The beds were comfortable and the room in general was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite and the service we recieved was excellent.The breakfast was very good. Internet worked great. Free carparking in the garage. Breakfast included, and staff was busy to
bring more food where needed.
Both letsbookhotel.com and hotel staff were extremly helpful when cancelling one room after the cancellation deadline.
Everything: location straight from the motorway, but also with easy access to center, old luxurious furniture, terrace opening to a lovely lawn and shrubbery, gas station, Penny Market, Car Wash in the neighbourhood.
The hotel has an underground large parking.

More than 1000m to the S-Bahn station, later we found a bus stop 50m the
other direction. Well, that happens.
Allow 20-30min to the city center.
City center is a bus and then a metro ride away, or you can take your car to the metro station and leave it there.
Don't accept credit cards.
No 24 hour reception, so we had to say at which time we are arriving, it wasn't a problem for us, but might be for people who don't know when they are arriving.
Lack of proper internet connection.
some residents were noisy on one night although access is only permitted to the ones staying in the hotel after late evening. Also there is no one at the reception for long times, waited almost 20 mins before I gave up.
Not very good location for visiting Munich, if you've got no a car. Wi-fi not in all the hotel.
No amenities.
Far from the city. Must drive or take the bus to get anywhere. When we arrived no one was at the hotel. A note was left saying the side door was unlocked and the key to our room was in the door. High traffic area. A little scary for a international traveler.
The hotel was very expensive compared to what you get for it. The rooms
were very simple, the bed was not comfortable and there was a bed smell
on the cushions. Everything was very simple and basic. I can't
believe people rated this hotel so high. I was really misled by the
reviews and was sorry for booking this hotel.
