Rooms were clean, comfortable, newly decorated and quite nice. 3 drinks on the minibar were free. Location is 15 min with subway to the center (Marienplatz). The metro station is only 200 m from the hotel. There is also a supermarket very nearby if you need anything. Front desk was welcoming, warm, efficient and helpful. Location, location, location... The hotel is very close to the u3 U-Bahn station that directly brings you to Oktoberfest in 10 minutes or 15 minutes to city center. Also very close to a96 Autobahn, free parking on street. Comfortable rooms, usual 4-star amenities. Free Wi-fi. Good price/quality ratio.

Room was big and immaculately kept, altogether a brilliant hotel!. Good location (direct line to Marienplatz, 15 minutes), very clean and nicely looking hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cozy room of decent size with everything you need. Good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and flexible. I was there on Sunday, the location very quiet and the window curtains makes the room dark, I slept very well. Sauna is samll but good enough. A room that suited my needs, with a price that reflected the facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast. Limited dinner menu but food very good. Very helpfull staff, Xllent breakfast, 1minute to go to subway station - in 10minutes to Mirinienplatz. Nice parking in garage, lot of parking near hotel. Close to subway station, just approx 200 m from the hotel entrance; good access to the city center by public transportation. Very clean, renewed room, perfect big bathroom with "opened" shower. Clean and fast check in/out In industrial area. Bathroom Breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to where I wanted to be. There are decent breakfasts. No free wi-fi in the rooms. We came back to the room late and had to buy water from the lobby which was overpriced (5€ for one bottle). Breakfast not included, high prices during Oktoberfest (but still better than other hotels in Munich during this period). Glass wall to the toilet right near the head of the bed - is not exactly romantic)). Do not have slippers for sauna use. Had a non smoking room but the pillows especially smelt of stale smoke. Room size out of proportion, Bedroom area small with an uncessary armchair and bathroom very large considering only a shower and not a bath as well. Room was booked in one month before Octoberfest, one week before of price was dropped by 25%, but it's not allowed for re-booking after 15 day befor arriving date. Price/Location. Wasn't really at city centre, but this wasn't a problem, as the hotel is very close to an underground station. Rooms a bit on the small side, insufficient lighting in the room. No English speaking channels on the TV, not even BBC World News. Beds in the regular double room were too small to allow a 5 years old kid to sleep next to one of us. breakfast was overcrowded with some food (and glasses) not available for some time. When check out receptionist charges us almost twice de price :( ? After we have double check, he gave me the correct total amount of the bill. Breakfast is not really impressive, the hotel is outside the city in a kind of industrial area. But it's good for business trips to nearby companies. location is in commercial area but that is not a major problem as the underground station is only 200 metres away. Steam room was not working. Extra charge for wifi. Far from center, no one carried the language and nothing around you except supermarket. No Kettle, no trouser press. Small bed, Small Towels, Bad Pillows, Small Room, 1 Kleenx left in box, Strang Layout of Hotel hallways, Shower got bathroom wet, No 2nd Lock on Door,. The “smart offer” of letsbookhotel.com turned out to be a bigger size “double room” on the ground floor with no heating at all. Both the air-conditioner and the heat-insulated floor were out of order. Given the outside temp was around zero there was about +16 inside. The staff changed the room for a small (normal size) room for the same price for the whole stay.
